How delivery works
- Payment confirmed: your package credits or individual-site bookings appear in your dashboard straight away, with a tax invoice.
- You submit Content: add your press release or article in the dashboard.
- Editorial review: our editors usually review within 24 business hours and either approve it or send it back with notes.
- Publishing: approved Content is sent to the Partner Publications. Typical turnaround is shown on each package and site listing – for most sites between 24 hours and 7 business days.
- Report: you receive an email and a dashboard report with every live link we can confirm.
Delays
Turnaround times are estimates. Publisher schedules, public holidays, requests for changes or missing information can add time. If an order is delayed, we will keep you updated through your dashboard and email. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if a publication cannot be delivered.
