Editorial guidelines

Every release is reviewed by an editor before publishing. To get approved quickly:

  • Write real news: a launch, partnership, funding, award, event, appointment or milestone.
  • Use a factual headline (no ALL CAPS, no clickbait, no excessive exclamation marks).
  • Start with a dateline, e.g. Mumbai, India, 12 March 2026 – followed by the key facts.
  • Write in third person. Quotes must be attributed to a named person.
  • Include an “About the company” section and a media contact.
  • Keep links relevant: up to 3 links to your own site.
  • No adult, gambling, betting, crypto-investment schemes, weapons, hate, defamatory or misleading health/financial claims.
  • You must own the rights to any image you upload.

We may edit releases for formatting, grammar and style. Releases that don't meet these guidelines will be returned with notes; you can edit and resubmit at no extra cost.
