These terms are an agreement between you and NewsWire Network (IBE Media and Research Private Limited) (“NewsWire Network”, “we”, “us”), which operates https://www.newswirenetwork.com. By creating an account, placing an order or submitting content, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Editorial Guidelines. If you are acting for a company or a client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
1. Our services
We provide press release writing support, editorial review and distribution to our network of partner publications (“Packages”), placement of articles on individual news websites you choose (“Individual sites”), custom PR packages and related reporting. Many publications in our network are independent third parties (“Partner Publications”). We arrange publication with them on your behalf; we do not own or control them.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and confirm your email address before paying or submitting.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at help@newswirenetwork.com if you think it has been misused.
- We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, spam, abuse of our team or Partner Publications, or breach of these terms.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the press releases, articles, images, links and other material you submit (“Content”). You confirm that your Content:
- is accurate and not misleading, and any claims (financial, medical, performance, awards, rankings) can be backed up;
- is yours to publish – you own it or have permission for all text, images, logos, quotes and trademarks in it;
- is lawful in India and in every market where it will be published, and is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or in breach of any confidentiality or securities-disclosure obligation;
- does not promote illegal products or services, unregistered investment schemes, or anything a Partner Publication does not accept. Some categories (for example crypto, gaming or betting) are accepted only on publications that allow them and may carry extra disclaimers.
You give us and the Partner Publications a worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit, format, publish, syndicate, archive and share your Content for the purpose of delivering the service. You keep ownership of your Content.
4. Editorial review and publishing
- Every release is reviewed by our editors. We may edit for grammar, formatting, style, length and compliance, request changes, or decline Content that does not meet our guidelines or a publisher’s rules.
- Partner Publications make their own final editorial decisions. They may edit or retitle Content, add “sponsored”, “partner content” or similar labels and disclaimers, choose no-follow or do-follow links, and decide where and for how long Content appears.
- Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates based on normal publisher schedules, not guarantees. Public holidays, publisher workloads and changes you request can cause delays.
- If a chosen publication cannot publish your Content, we will offer a comparable alternative, a credit, or a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. What we do not guarantee
We guarantee to deliver the service you paid for as described on the package or site listing. We do not guarantee search-engine indexing or rankings, Google News inclusion, traffic, leads, sales, media pick-up by journalists, social shares, or that a Partner Publication will keep Content online permanently. Metrics such as domain authority, reach and traffic are third-party estimates shown for guidance only.
6. Prices, payment and taxes
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees or US dollars and are exclusive of GST or other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Work starts after payment is confirmed. A tax invoice is available in your dashboard for every paid order. To claim GST input credit, add your GSTIN to your account before paying.
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid for.
- Release credits and individual-site bookings should be used within 12 months of purchase. After that, we may not be able to honour the original price because publisher rates change.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Because we pay and commit to Partner Publications on your behalf, refunds are limited and handled at our discretion as explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Reports
We send you a report with the live links we are able to confirm. Some publications publish on syndicated, regional or app-only sections, and links can change or be removed by the publisher later; we are not responsible for changes made after publication.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website – for example by attempting to break its security, scraping it, sending automated requests, reselling our access without an agency agreement, or contacting our Partner Publications to bypass us for orders placed through NewsWire Network.
10. Intellectual property
The NewsWire Network website, brand, design, software and our own written material belong to us. You may share links to your published releases and reports freely.
11. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, business or reputation), for the actions or omissions of Partner Publications, search engines or other third parties, or for Content you supplied. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs arising from your Content or your breach of these terms, including claims from Partner Publications or third parties.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should continue (content licence for published items, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive closure.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first – most issues are resolved quickly through a support ticket. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
