One Release. 2,400+ Publications. Zero Hassle.

We distribute your press release across our extensive network of leading Indian and international news publications, helping your brand gain greater visibility, credibility, and media exposure.

What happens after you click submit

Press release distribution sounds simple: you have news, we send it out. In practice, the difference between a release that quietly disappears and one that shows up across recognisable news sites comes down to preparation, outlet choice and timing. Our process is built so you control the story and we handle the publishing mechanics.

Choosing where your release goes

The single most important decision is which audience you need to reach, because that decides the package family.

India Focused packages

Built around the newswires and dailies Indian editors actually watch: ANI, PTI, IANS, Business Standard and Hindustan Times (via syndication), plus a network of 150 to 200 Indian news sites. These suit announcements aimed at Indian customers, investors, channel partners, recruits and regulators. If you are unsure which wire to lead with, our comparison of ANI vs PTI vs IANS explains how each one behaves.

US & International packages

Four tiers covering 300 to 500+ international news sites. Advanced adds premium outlets such as AP News and StreetInsider; Pro includes outlets such as Yahoo and Business Insider. These fit SaaS exports, overseas expansion, foreign investor outreach and companies targeting American or global buyers. When one specific masthead matters more than breadth, a single-site add-on (USAToday.com, APNews.com, Barchart.com or StreetInsider.com) can be attached to any order.

Outlets are examples from our network. Placement depends on the package chosen and each publisher’s editorial acceptance.

Search value, explained honestly

A distributed release creates many pages on established news domains that carry your company name, your spokesperson and your key facts. For SEO, that typically means:

Links inside press releases are usually marked nofollow or sponsored, so a release is not a shortcut to backlink authority, and nobody can promise rankings. If links are your main goal, read whether press releases help SEO and see our SEO & link building service for a white-hat approach.

Being findable by AI assistants

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews compose answers from sources they consider credible and consistent. When the same facts about your company (founding year, leadership, headquarters, what you sell, the milestone you just reached) appear on multiple news domains, it becomes easier for these systems to describe you correctly and, sometimes, to cite you. Write releases that state facts plainly: full names and titles, specific figures you can stand behind, dates and locations, and one quotable line from a named spokesperson. We cannot guarantee AI citations, but vague, adjective-heavy releases give these tools little to work with.

Three habits of releases that get accepted

  1. Lead with the news. The first sentence should say who did what, where and when. Save company history for the boilerplate.
  2. Time it for your readers. Indian business news moves early in the IST working day; for US audiences, remember Eastern Time runs 9h30 to 10h30 behind IST, so a late-evening IST slot lands in their morning.
  3. Keep claims verifiable. Superlatives such as "number one" or "best" need a source, and regulated sectors need appropriate disclaimers. Unsupported claims are the most common reason we send a release back.

Frequently asked questions

How many publications will carry my release?

It depends on the package you choose and on each publisher's editorial acceptance; India Focused packages target ANI, PTI and other wires plus 150 to 200 Indian sites, while international tiers cover 300 to 500+ sites. Your distribution report lists every live link, and outlets that publish later are added to it.

Can I send one release to both Indian and international media?

Yes. Many companies pair an India Focused package with a US & International tier, or add a single premium site such as APNews.com. Talk to us if you want help adapting the copy for each audience.

Will my release appear on Google News?

Releases are published with Google News-friendly formatting on news sites, but inclusion in Google News and Top Stories is decided by Google, so no provider can guarantee it.

What makes an editor send my release back for changes?

Usually unverified superlatives, missing company or contact details, promotional copy with no actual news, or claims that need a disclaimer in regulated sectors. Our guidelines list the rules, and the editor explains exactly what to fix.

Can you write the press release for me?

Yes. Share your announcement details through the contact page and we will quote for professional writing alongside distribution.
