AI Bot View Tester

Compare what a browser, Googlebot, GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot actually receive from a page – status code, title, word count and how much of the text matches.

Free, no sign-up. Our server fetches the public page you enter – nothing is stored.

About this tool

Most AI crawlers read the raw HTML and do not run JavaScript. If your headline, figures or FAQs are added by scripts after the page loads, AI assistants may see an almost empty page – even when it ranks well on Google.

The tester requests the page six times with real user-agent strings, extracts the main text, title, links and structured data from each response and compares them with the browser version. It also looks for signs of client-side rendering, such as an empty app container or an “enable JavaScript” notice.

Frequently asked questions

Do AI crawlers run JavaScript?

Googlebot renders JavaScript. GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot generally read only the HTML your server sends.

What does a low text match mean?

The bot received different content from a browser – often a block page, a cookie wall or a cut-down version. Serving bots different content can also look like cloaking.

How do I fix a JavaScript-only page?

Use server-side rendering, static generation or pre-rendering so the important text is in the HTML response.
